Public Access Videophone “PAV”
The Public Access Videophone (PAV) is a public phone with video technology included. The PAV allows people who are hearing impaired the ability to make Video Relay Service (VRS) and Point to Point (P2P) calls in public locations. Also available on the PAV is a direct line to our contact center for further information on job opportunities, interpreting services, customer support or general inquiries.
Currently, the PAV can be found in many cities and will continue to be placed in additional locations in the near future. PAV locations are shown in the map below with red markers. To view more details about each location, click on the red marker.
