SMILES Center for Independent Living provides services to individuals with a range of disabilities. SMILES works to increase the availability and improve the quality of community options for independent living and achievement of independent living goals by individuals with significant disabilities on a cross-disability basis, within the geographic area of south central Minnesota. Jane Chindvall Joins SMILES!

SMILES welcomes Jane Chindvall as the manager of our Recreation Program, Volunteer Coordination and Peer Counseling. Jane has a very energetic approach to providing fun activities and opportunities at SMILES. She has already hosted a Valentine Party and is busy planning for the baseball season and summer activities. All this while skiing with the Mankato Area Adaptive Ski Program at Mt.
